All delivery times are provided in working days and are estimates from the date your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If an item isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any item returned to us within 28 days of the date you received it, provided it meets our returns guidelines.
Returns Guidelines:
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, perfect condition: new, unused, and with all original packaging and brand tags still attached.
How to Return an Item:
- Initiate Your Return: Please log into your account on kidstyleedit.com to start the return process. You can select your preferred return service and will receive a return label or QR code with instructions via email. Please note that the cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Package Your Items: Pack the items securely, ensuring they remain in perfect condition with all labels attached. For international returns, please mark the parcel as ‘Returned Merchandise‘ to help avoid customs charges.
- Important Notes: If you are returning an item due to a fault or if your parcel weighs over 2kg, please contact our Customer Service team before posting your return.
How to Exchange an Item:
- For a size exchange, simply select the “Exchange item” option when creating your return online. Once we receive your return, we will dispatch the new size to you with free delivery. Please note that additional charges may apply if the new size has a higher price.
- To exchange for a completely different item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. We will process a refund for the original item once it is received back at our warehouse.
What Happens After Your Return:
- You will receive email updates on the status of your return. You can also track its progress via your online account.
- Our team processes returns promptly. Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation that your refund has been issued or your exchange has been dispatched.
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as this depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
